Founded in 1991, Philomath Community Services’ mission is to provide social services to meet the needs of families and individuals in Philomath and western Benton County. We strive to serve all our clients with dignity and respect. One building, five programs: Currently, PCS focuses on five different programs which provide food, clothing, select daily living items, fire wood, and seasonal gift baskets to those local individuals and families who need these services the most.
All five programs are housed in one building located at 360 S 9th St. in Philomath. PCS is an entirely volunteer-based organization and is overseen by a board of directors made up of local residents who come from all walks of life. This is truly a “neighbor helping neighbor” group of people who care for and want to make life better for their friends and neighbors.
